William E. Richardson Retired Member Service Award

William E. Richardson came to Arizona from South Bend, Indiana. He built the instrumental music program at Palo Verde High School in Tucson where he retired as Band Director. For many years he was the Chairman of Retired Member Activities in AMEA. He also served as editor for the Arizona Music News.
