Tri-M Arizona Chapter of the Year Award

NEW THIS YEAR! AMEA honors one exceptional Junior Division or Senior Division chapter that exemplifies leadership, service, scholarship, and audience engagement through music at our annual Hall of Fame Banquet held at the AMEA In-Service Conference.

Please gather the following information in order to fill out the application form:

• Tri-M chapter information including advisor contact information and chapter number
• Be ready to highlight TWO projects held from December 1 of last year to December 1 of this year. You may submit up to 5 pictures or files for each project to help support your application.
• Additional projects may be submitted to supplement applications. Do this by submitting an additional application.

Submissions are due no later than December 15 each year.
