We offer many opportunities for sponsorship as a vendor at our 2023 AMEA Conference. We would love to have your company join us in person at the Mesa Convention Center on February 3-4, 2023.
The Arizona Music Educators Association state conference exists for educational purposes exclusively to raise the standard of music education; to improve the methods employed in music education; to develop new teaching techniques; to disseminate to school music teachers, directors, administrators, and others interested in music education, information to assist in their professional work; to examine, analyze, and appraise demonstrations for the betterment of music education; and in general to assist teachers and others interested in music education in better pursuing their profession.
The expectation for all vendors will be to support and promote the Arizona Music Educators Association.
APPLICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
Applicationss for booth spacer must be made on the contract/vendor registration form provided by the Arizona Music Educators Association using the link above. It must contain all the information requested and be executed by an individual who has the authority to act for the applicant. Exhibit spaces will be limited to the following areas:
PRICES AND DEADLINE
Deadline for the early-bird prices listed below is NOVEMBER 1, 2022. After that date, you can still register, but prices will increase to normal rates.
Guidebook Banner is a special banner that continuously runs on the app which lists the conference sessions, times, and room assignments.
Hospitality is the breakfast rolls, coffee, and tea provided for everyone in the exhibit hall.
These prices are good through November 1, 2022. On November 2, prices will increase to regular registration rates (approximately $100-200 increase in cost per sponsorship).
