2027 CONFERENCE INFORMATION

January 29-30, 2027

Mark your calendars! The 2027 AMEA In-Service Conference will be held on January 29-30, 2027 in Mesa

To submit a proposal to present at the 2027 conference, use our SESSION PROPOSAL FORM.

If you are interested in being a vendor at the conference, the vendor registration form is now active. Please use our VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM.

Conference Scholarships for Collegiates

Collegiates in the state of Arizona are eligible to apply for scholarships that will pay their conference fees! Please fill out our application to apply for a scholarship.

Small Ensemble Performance Opportunities

There are several opportunities for small ensembles (less than 16 performers) to perform informally during breaks and the lunch hour at the 2027 AMEA Conference, January 29-30. Interest forms are due by October 16, 2026. Directors will be notified by Monday, October 29, 2026.

2027 AMEA School Administrator Sessions

Once again, AMEA is excited to provide professional development for school principals and other administrators. This year’s admin sessions will be held on Friday, January 29, 2027 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Starlight Room. These sessions are free, plus attendees are invited to attend the annual AMEA Hall of Fame Luncheon immediately following the sessions at no charge. To register, please click here.
