Information for Registered Vendors
We’re excited to have you join us at the Music Teacher Conference! Below is some helpful
information regarding drink tickets and prize giveaways.
Drink Ticket Purchases
Vendors who would like to purchase drink tickets to give away-customized with your company
name. Drink ticket options for wine, beer, sodas, and water.
10 tickets – $100
20 tickets – $200
30 tickets – $300
If you purchase drink tickets, they will be included in your vendor registration packet, which you will pick up when you arrive for setup.
Deadline for purchasing tickets is January 24th.
Prize Giveaways
Vendors are welcome to offer prize giveaways! We kindly ask that you manage your prize drawings independently and select your winner(s) during the After Hours Celebration.
If a winner is not present at the time of your drawing, please provide the following information to Mike Miller before you leave:
Signage will be posted on Saturday morning directing winners to visit your booth during exhibitor hours to claim their prize.
AMEA will also be giving away prizes at the conclusion of the Friday night celebration. Names of AMEA prize winners will be posted on Saturday morning.
Please note that we will not be using a passport system this year, so vendors will need to create their own method for attendees to register directly with you for prize drawings.
